Course locations

In the Locations window, you can specify course locations and rooms of the location. The provision of rooms is necessary if the school is responsible for the room allocation of the location. This is more so for public courses at the school's premises - for company courses, it is mostly the customer's role to make sure that rooms are available for the courses.

Locations have the following parameters:

Field	Description
Name	Name of the location
Short name	To save space, the system refers to the location under this name on the Rooms tab.
Code	Code of the education option.
Active	Checked if the education option can still be selected when entering student data.

A new location can be added by clicking on the button, an existing location can be updated using or by double-clicking the row. With the button a location can be removed. Use the button or click anywhere next to the edited row to save it. The list can be reloaded using the button.

Mező	Leírás
Név	Helszín teljes neve.
Rövid név	To save space, the system refers to the location under this name on the Rooms tab.
Utca, Házszám, Irányítószám, Város, Ország	Helyszín címe.
Ütemezett	Jelzi, hogy az iskola feladata a helyszín terembeosztása. Ha igen, akkor fel kell venni a helyszín termeit (ld. lent).
Tanár tud ütemezni	Jelzi, hogy a tanár tudja-e változtatni a helyszínen megtartott órák időpontját. Kihelyezett vállalati tanfolyamoknál ez gyakran engedélyezve van, mert a tanár van közvetlen kapcsolatban a vállalattal, míg lakossági tanfolyamoknál ritkábban.
Aktív	Jelzi, hogy a helyszín választható-e a tanfolyamoknál.
