 +===== Licensed courses =====
 +
 +In some countries certain courses, which meat specific requirements of the authorities and where students successfully finishing the course receive an official certificate, are called licensed. Some jobs for example might require these certificates.
 +The licensed course is based upon an educational program, which specifies the starting level and the target level of the training and its contents. The education program is also licensed thus approved by the authorities.
