Accommodations

List of all possible accommodations the course provider offer together with service and prices.

Enter the accommodations first followed by the price options for the individual accommodations.

Use the list editing buttons to add new accommodations and prices. To add a price, select the accommodation first for which it is applicable.

Accommodation list

Field	Description
Type	Choose the type of the accommodation (without rooms or meals)
Name	Accommodation name
Address	Street, zip, city, country. If the given type of accommodation has a single address, please add that, for Homestay leave it blank.
Locations	Location of courses for which the accommodation should be offered. Leaving this field blank indicates that the accommodation suites all locations.
Cost center	Type of course the accommodation can be offered with (teacher training or junior course). Leaving this field blank indicates that the accommodation suites all age groups.
Comments	Add any comments that help students identify the type of accommodation better (eg. Self-Catering house on campus)
Active	Whether the transfer option is still active

Field	Description
Duration	Duration of the stay in weeks (by default).
Room	Type of the room like single, double, etc.
Meals	Meals that are included in the price
Price	Price of the room including the meals for the given period.
Validity	Dates from which and until when the given prices are valid.
Time unit	Should the duration be calculated in weeks or nights. This field is initially hidden.
Currency	Currency of the price. If not specified then the default currency of the locale is applicable. This field is initially hidden.
