Also pasted formatted text from editors might not have the expected result. Font sizes might be different then in other editors.

+It is best to define sizes in % and not in pixels, then the template works with different page sizes and orientations.
+After inserting new text in the editor make sure to apply formatting to it as well.
+HTML does not support fix headers and footers for multi-page documents. If headers and footers are needed (other than what can be set at printing in the browser) then each page has to be designed individually using a page-break as separator between the pages. Note that the margin settings of the browser also influence the available space on the pages. Should contents move to another page then it is also a solution to provide a smaller scaling factor while printing.
