Please add all contacts we may need to get in touch with. By adding the right Responsibility area we can be sure that the relevant person will get the automatic messages that concern them. Eg. notifications of a new booking will be sent to the person responsible for Booking, Accommodation requests or changes in those will be sent to the person under Accommodation. You may add a colleague multiple times, should they have more responsibilities. If you are a teacher training course provider, make sure to add a person to the Europass signatory responsibility area as well.
