//Employment type// is a parameter of the teachers. In the //Employment type// window you specify various employment types, which can be chosen from. Teachers can be filtered based on this property.

//Employment type// has the following parameters:

|**Name**	    |[[en:intro:glossary#multilingual_names|Multilingual name]] of the employment type (like employee, self-employed, etc)|
|**Intern**	    |Indicates whether the teacher is an employee of the school or an external teacher. It is possible to define different [[en:staff:settings:extra_charges|extra charge]] amounts to teachers depending on this setting.|
